All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Booked the room for three people and pleasantly surprised by having two separate rooms within the room (master bedroom and single bed in living room). Restaurant on-site reasonably priced and quite good.

It is the most boring hotel we have been to.

The hotel was still open and lots of people around when we arrived at midnight. The rooms were clean and comfortable and not too cramped.

We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to return, as it was the perfect place to base ourselves for exploring the city.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is commendable. I especially appreciated the staff's thoughtfulness in leaving an envelope with the room key and sending a photo of its location for my late arrival. The location close to a beautiful forest is perfect for long walks, especially during hot summers in the Thuringen area. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a fridge, were also a nice touch.

No issues to report, everything was satisfactory.

Stayed here for Xmas to visit family nearby. The breakfast was pretty decent, with a good variety of options to choose from. Location wise, it's quite close to the center of the town and easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was quite easy to get an extra pillow and blanket from reception.

The staff were rude and unprofessional, we had to wait for a long time to get any service. The room was quite cold and there was no heating available, making it difficult to sleep, especially in winter.

This hotel is in a great location surrounded by forests, perfect for long walks in hot weather, not far from the city center in the Thuringen area. the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious, with fresh and tasty food.

There are some issues with the reception staff. In one case, the reception desk was closed even though they advertised 24-hour service;

Comfortable beds and clean rooms that looked even better than the pictures on the website. the included breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicacies to choose from. the location was very convenient, with easy access to public transport and several attractions nearby. the staff was always friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and recommendations.

The lack of soundproofing, we could hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms and the street outside, but it didn't bother us much. we found the pillows a bit too flat for our liking, but it was easy to fix by folding them in half.
